Longton

Our Longton site is located within walking distance of Longton village centre, offering a wide range of amenities including Booths supermarket, library, cafes, shops & bars. There are also several reputable schools nearby and excellent transport links to Preston city centre.

Longton is surrounded by open countryside and is the start of the famous Ribble Way, so there are many local walks on your doorstop including the popular Longton Brickcroft Nature Reserve, where you will find a host of local wildlife.

Mawdesley

Three-times winner of the Best Kept Village Award, Mawdesley is home to just under two-thousand residents and boasts two churches, two primary schools, a combined shop and post office, a village hall and a pub.  There is also a superb creative artisan centre, Cedar Farm, which is home to an art gallery along with a host of independent traders including businesses such as hairdressers, cafes, food shop, florists, therapists and a silversmith, to name a few.  

Within the village there are also tennis courts, Stocks Hall gymnasium and Spa, riding facilities, a fishery and a village cricket pitch. Surrounded by a picturesque, undulating pastoral landscape, Mawdesley is perfectly placed for access to surrounding local villages such as Croston, Rufford, Bispham, Parbold and Newburgh, and also larger towns such as Ormskirk, Chorley and Wigan.
